But I am going to talk about what happened last last Friday .
THE EASTER SHOW!!!!!!!

Everytime i saw some hole picture stuff i rush right to it or somone i can take photos with.
My dad won 3 soft toys for me( donald duck, a squirrel and tigger)
We bought 5 showbags. There was a hermit showbag i really wanted but my dad didnt allow=[.
I WAS FUN!!!!!!Though dad said I will only go there again with my children.

as you can see i dont like writing that much stuff like joki.

Countdown: 100 Days

heh, you might be going "100 days til what Joki?" 

well, im very sad to tell you HAHS Class of 2012 but there is approximately 100 days between now and our HSC Trials D: if you're wondering how i know..yesterday, my dad did this countdown calculation thing somehow and told me at during dinner that there is only 100 days until Trials, oh joy.

First week back to school was pretty depressing overall, none of my exam marks met my expectations..and i don't have high expectations :L BUT OH WELL, it's in the past! No amount of moping/crying/wailing/torturing myself can change my marks. Pretty much just reiterating my FB status here..but yeah, its true! It's in the past and there's no point dwelling on the past when you have the future rapidly approaching! WOOP WOOP positive thinking here HAHAHA :D


Anyway, enough talk about stuff that make me sad..


Parents said that our toy poodle might be pregnant! YAYAYAY can't wait to see little puppies running around! But best not to become attached to them..selling them is always a painful process :( we used to own a dog kennel back in our old house, over 70 dogs! Parents were breeders but then once i got into high school, we moved HAHA no idea why, it was further away from the school i went to in years 7-9 :S maybe they predicted the future and saw me going to Hurlstone in a dream or something :L WHO KNOWS


Speaking of countdowns, Hingis drew up a countdown to my 17th (8 DAYS TO GO!) on the chalkboard next to the kitchen HAHA such a cutie, love her. JK i told her to draw me one. Caught her on ebay the other day, was bidding for something..pretty sure it's something for me but best not to keep my hopes up! She sucks at hiding surprises..she left the birthday card she was making for me on the study table downstairs :L OH WELL, i'll act surprised, just in case ;) 


oh wait, she writes in this blog as well. OOPS SORRY HINGIS, NEXT TIME, BE CAREFUL WITH LEAVING STUFF AROUND THAT IM NOT SUPPOSED TO SEE! HAHAHAHA

THE FAMBAMS WENT TO HURSTVILLE WITHOUT ME TODAY :( boohoo, stayed home to study some cathode ray tubes instead :L gosh i love physics <3 (no sarcasm here) dad tested me on the stuff when they got home and i answered everything correctly! WOO, the thing is, im probably gonna forget about this pretty soon HAHA 


OMG, im behind on tutor hw! AND I HAVE MATHS TUTOR TOMORROW! NOOOOOO, oh well, she never checks anyway. I'm up to date on school hw but behind on tutor hw..good job Joki, that's the way to go -_-


now that school is back, this blog will probably be even more dead. DONT WORRY, hingis is as free as a bird now with Selective long out of the way so i'll get her to blog HEHEHE

on Friday, me and Hingis watched The Hunger Games

 I know a lot of people think it's overrated and not as good as it's advertised to be..BUT OMG, once i finished reading 'The Hunger Games', i was constantly hurrying my sister to finish 'Catching Fire' (second book of the series) cos i loved it! Not for the romance, cos the book doesn't focus on romance (unlike how the movie made it out to be..) but it's so suspenseful and it keeps you turning the page to keep on reading!

TO THE PEOPLE WHO HAVEN'T WATCHED THE MOVIE YET: read the book first! trust me..the book is ALWAYS better than the movie :)

i loved the actors and actresses they chose to play the main characters. Jennifer Lawrence is the PERFECT Katniss! Loved her in Xmen: First Class and loved her here. She's so tall, maybe the same height as me..HA probs why i liked her, cos we both know how it feels to be giants 8)

-sigh- developed a small celebrity crush for Josh Hutcherson (the guy who plays Peeta) back then when i watched his old movies (e.g. Zathura, The Bridge to Terabithia) i was like "who da hell is this chubby guay tsay" and always thought he was younger than me..but then imdb-ed him a few days ago and he's actually 2 years older than me..HAHA oops. I rarely crush on the young guay lo, but i guess he makes an exception HEHE

the movie actually skipped a LOT of scenes from the book..got pretty disappointed but what do you expect from ONE movie made from an action-packed book? They forgot stuff that were in the book and added things that weren't even mentioned..WHUT THE HALE? oh well, i enjoyed it in the end. 

Me and Hingis laughed, cried and yelled together in the cinema, gosh we're emotional..good thing there was only like 20 ppl max in the cinema room LAWL

MOVING ON...

With Hunger Games aside..LAUGHED SO MUCH LAST NIGHT ON MSN :'D Sierra was linking Sharon to this video on youtube on fb last night, and it caught my eye cos the title included "Canto" and i have full Chinese pride yeah? 

Clicked it. Waited for it to load. Watched it. FUNNIEST.THING.EVER. had to show it to someone and woop woop Wilson was online. let's just say, there was a lot of "HAHAHAHAHHAA" "OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG" and "THIS IS SO FUNNY" going everywhere in the conversation.

well first of all..

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANH, ANNA T AND MARY !!!

the birthday girls!

the party you guys held was SUPERRRRRRR AWESOME! Thank-you so much for inviting me..cos i think it was the best party i've been to in aaages! :D hehehe

what is this party you might ask? Well, on the 18th of April, a whole bunch of us was invited to a Pokemon-themed party at a crazy old vietnamese lady's house :) she said we HAD to come as something from Pokemon or else you aren't allowed in..but i guess some people got away with that (not pointing at anyone directly) *cough* nicholas, henry, steven, ying, shannen, danielle, allen, alan, andy *cough* HEHEHE but anyhoo, everyone still had a tonne of fun anyway! :D

the day began with mum driving me over to Eevee's house (Diem) so she could safely (and very pro i might add) drive me over to Anna's house. I couldn't stop laughing when i saw her put on her mask..maybe cos it looks like she has a beard :S

and yes, from the photo above, you can see that i dressed up as the cutest water pokemon..PIPLUUUUP :D so, we got a bit lost when we got to the street where the house was located on..so I called the party host to ask her what number house she lived in (cos we both didn't remember it and we forgot to bring the invitation HAHA) and party host goes "How can you not see it? It's the house stuck with the dodgy balloons outside!" yeah..i noticed it straight away after that HAHAHAHA. I was immediately attacked with a hug from a very pink Jigglypuff (Kat) when i stepped out of the car hehe, maybe cos she missed me too much ;) then i was attacked with more hugs, the most memorable one from Wobbuffet (Anna), she loves me, just saying HEHE 

when we got into the house, we realised that we were one of the last ones..and we were originally planning to get there earlier to help set up but we had to make a detour..and person we detoured for didn't even come to the party in the end (DANICAAAAA!!) many photos were taken while family members bbq-ed outside (mmm, chicken wings :9) man, waiting for the chicken to cook was so agonising..cos i love my chicken, and so does Kabir HAHA always getting the last piece of chicken :9 resorted to eating bread while waiting, even though it doesn't even come close to the heavenly taste of chicken! Speaking of eating chicken.. Andrew stole Jimmy's piece of chicken and ate it HAHA oh that was so funny :')

the day went along filled with singstar, coin-flipping games, spin-the-bottle games (felt so sorry for Thomson Ngo and Mary man..), more singstar, mariokart (which was a biiiiiig adrenaline-rush; was so happy when i finally came first in a game..maybe cos there were no guys playing HAHA) and some scary Swedish film titled "Let the Right One In". I only watched 30minutes of that movies..and most of the 30minutes consisted of going back to the menu 923482084 times to check out what's wrong with the audio but in the end found out that the cable to the TV was not properly plugged in HAHA it started to get a bit boring so i went on my phone to check out the movie on imdb..IT WAS RATED R AND HAD A SCORE OF 8/10?! SERIOUSLY? WERE THE CRITICS HIGH WHEN THEY SCORED IT? HAHAHA it was a good thing i left early too cos i heard there were some extremely inappropriate and scarring scenes later on in the movie..maybe it was a good idea that i didn't bring my sister along HAHA :')

my throat was sore after singing Singstar too much..HEH. Poor yappy, had to go against me in songs which he has never sung before, not knowing that i have the game at home and sung it many times with my sister :') but then amazingly..he beat Anna. O_O maybe cos Anna was looking at the wrong colour and thought she was winning and started going easy but actually..she was the one who was losing HAHA the boys showed us a different side that day during Singstar, didn't know that so many of them loved to sing! HEHE

All in all, it was an EXTREMELY memorable day and i took many photos :) So i guess i'll end here..hehe, add some more photos for your enjoyment!

What i do when i have too much time on my hands HAHA

Seriously, the best thing ever made (not really..durian milkshakes from Holy Basil beat them anyday) But omg, i get so high on sugar..it ain't funny. Whenever you see me consuming food containing a large amount of sugar..imagine a WARNING sign above my head cos you don't wanna be near me when that happens HAHA kidding! It's not THAT serious..

Speaking of getting high..there are currently 3 girls 4 girls (forgot my sister LOL) who are next door..watching a movie while eating deliciously-smelling popcorn. I really want to barge into their room and eat their popcorn with them..but i dont wanna seem to be the creepy older sister of Hingis..so i'll leave that plan alone HAHA. Oh, how i miss those days of freedom. But omg...this is the most quiet i have heard them ALL DAY. Those girls..seriously, are so hyper and are so full of energy..i just get tired from looking at them running around the house D: man, i'm getting old. While the sun was still up..they played twister, singstar, monopoly.. and many more. Oh yeah, they were running around the upstairs for some reason before while i was showering.. YES i could hear their running while i was in the shower, sounded like as if Thor was in my house having a fight with Loki or something :L I just hope they don't come into my room in the middle of the night..because they couldn't sleep/had a nightmare/are hungry cos sleep is a very special time for me..treasure it more than ever now that it's my HSC year O_O

Hmm..it makes me have the urge to hold a sleepover after the HSC hehe, who knows! :D The creepy old vietnamese lady seems pretty excited at the thought of us singing ABBA Singstar so maybe i'll organise one just for her ;)


Getting pret-ty excited for what's going to happen this Wednesday..missing a pair of light blue leggings though, don't know where to find them! grrr :@ hopefully i'll get everything organised by then! HEHEHEHEHE


Apparently..according to Wilson..it's a rule that if you're a new blogger, you need to make a lot of blog entries at the beginning.. AHAHA I'll try to live up to that rule wilson! I'll try not to disappoint you.. HEHE

forever young, i want to be forever young...

hehe yaaaay, time for my first individual blog post!

hello, Joki here! :D

man, it's gotten sooo cold all of a sudden! Watched the news today and apparently it was the coldest start to April in 79 years! I guess it's reached that time where we pull out our toe socks, scarves, gloves, wooly jumpers and add another layer of quilt to our beds to stay warm and not catch a cold during the holidays :S

hmm..maybe I should talk about me and Hingis' bonding session we had yesterday hehe. 

Well, a few years ago, Hingis made this kite and it has been sitting idle in our computer room downstairs because we haven't yet experienced a day which was windy enough to fly it properly OR..maybe we just forgot we had it HAHA that's until yesterday when we were treated with REALLY windy day and dad goes "why don't you two go out and fly the kite?" And so, we did! BEST.FUN.EVER. I think I was really loud..got too excited and started screaming and laughing hysterically when I was running with the kite in the air above me. Made me really miss my childhood :')

Poor neighbours. Hopefully they don't think that I was some crazy asian kid who just discovered a life outside studying..D: 

but yes! We had lots of fun, took lots of photos which turned out to be blurry..cos we had to keep running to keep the kite high enough HEH. I really treasure those moments where I'm genuinely happy with my sister..NOT SAYING THAT SHE MAKES ME DEPRESSED! HAHA but it shows how close are, which is rare! Cos there are many broken families these days, so I see myself as extremely lucky right now :) OH DEAR, I'M GETTING EMOTIONAL :'(

We are proud to present to you..Hingis and Joki's blog! YAAAAAY :D

But first of all..just a few things you might want to know about us before you bore yourself out by reading this blog..

well basically, based on the title of the blog you can deduce that we are in fact sisters! Mhmm, coming from the same mother and father, but weirdly..looking NOTHING alike! Should I be worried..anyhoo moving on! 

Maybe I should give a brief explanation to you about why we chose our blog name to be 'comeandsitwithus' :) basically, we love being Chinese and so the smarter one of us, Joki, thought of a good pun from our Chinese names! My name is 李楚翹 and Hingis' name is 李楚轩. Now you see, the 楚 in both of our names are pronounced like the chinese word for 'sit' so yeah, you get it?..HAHA, I am a genius (H)
